A managed Apple Home, not a one-off install.

Most clients book a one-time integration project to set the home up properly, then a monthly care plan to keep it working through iOS updates, firmware changes, and the small things that drift over time. Care plans start at $59/mo — substantially below the luxury incumbents, without giving up the response time or the on-site help. Every integration project includes the first 6 months of the Essential care plan, so your home is supported from day one.

FAQ

Why a managed care plan?

A whole-home Apple Home setup is a living system. iOS updates change behavior, devices fall off the network, accessory firmware ships breaking changes, and the bridges that bring non-HomeKit gear into Apple Home need periodic care. The managed plan is what keeps it quietly working — we monitor, patch, and fix before you notice. It's also how you have someone to call, instead of a forum.

Do I own my system, or are you the only one who can touch it?

You own everything. All accounts, credentials, and hardware are in your name from day one. Cancel the care plan whenever and your home keeps working. We are explicitly not a Control4 or Crestron dealer — there is no proprietary stack, no dealer lock-in, and no scenario where leaving us means re-buying anything.

What's the response time on the care plan?

Essential and Plus plans get same-business-day response on email and text during business hours. Estate plans get same-day response 7 days a week and priority on the on-site schedule. Most issues are resolved remotely; on-site visits are scheduled within 2–3 business days on Essential, next business day on Plus and Estate.

Do you sell hardware?

No. Hardware is billed at cost or customer-supplied. We make independent recommendations and let you buy from wherever's cheapest — no markup, no kickbacks.
