How it's stored

Form submissions are stored in a secure, access-controlled database hosted by our backend provider. Email is delivered through a transactional email provider. Only the owner of HarborKit has access to your information.

Sharing

We don't share your information with third parties for marketing. The only third parties involved are the infrastructure providers we use to run the site, store form submissions, and send email on our behalf. We may share information if required by law.

Spam protection

We use Cloudflare Turnstile on our contact form to prevent automated abuse. Turnstile may collect limited technical information (such as your IP address and basic browser signals) for the sole purpose of verifying you're a real person.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see what we have on file, correct it, or delete it. Just call or email us and we'll take care of it promptly.
